• You must be 18+

• You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding

• All treatments require bookings either via the bookings link or by email

• All treatments require a consultation by Dr Thien Tran, whereby she reserves the right to determine if the treatment is suitable and has every right to refuse treatment under absolute discretion

• New patient’s must fill out all necessary intake forms before any treatment. If any patient has a medical condition that may not be compatible with treatment, they need to get in contact prior to their treatment to determine suitability

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made 48 hours prior to appointment date and time, otherwise a non refundable no-show fee of $100 applies

• Patients who are more than 15 minutes late, may risk having their appointment cancelled and a no-show fee applied

• Due to the procedural nature of the treatments, we are unable to accomodate anyone else besides the patient who has made the booking. Unless there has been prior agreement, any additional persons including children will be asked to leave or risk forfeiting the appointment.

• Due to regulations set by Australia’s Therapeutic Goods Administration, the product names for any treatments cannot be used in advertising. If you have a preference for certain products, please get in contact via email

• Payments are made on the day of treatment, after treatment has been performed
